Introduction
These Betting Rules govern the use of the Bdbajee Sportsbook, including the placement of bets, the interpretation of odds, and the settlement of wagers across sports, Esports and related markets. They apply to all users who place bets through the Bdbajee platform. Bdbajee may update these Rules from time to time; continued use indicates acceptance of the current terms. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version governs.
General Provisions
-
Eligibility and Age: Access to betting services through Bdbajee is restricted to individuals who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and who are otherwise eligible to gamble under applicable law. Accounts of ineligible users will be closed and any bets voided where permitted by law.
-
Account Integrity: Users must not circumvent age checks, use automated systems, or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of accessing services. Breach may lead to account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of winnings.
-
Offerings and Jurisdiction: The availability of markets and betting options depends on regulatory requirements. Bdbajee reserves the right to modify or withdraw offerings by jurisdiction and at any time without notice, to ensure compliance and integrity.
-
Language and Precedence: If there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails for the purposes of interpretation and enforcement.
-
Records and Verification: All bets and transactions are recorded in the user’s account. Users may review bets via the My Bets interface. Bdbajee may request verification documents to confirm identity or age before settlement or withdrawal.
-
Data and Information: Data, statistics, and market information provided on the platform are for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty of outcomes. Users are responsible for assessing relevant situations before placing bets.
Placing Bets
-
Bet Validity: A bet becomes valid only when explicitly accepted on the betslip. The operator may decline or cancel any bet at its sole discretion prior to acceptance.
-
Timing: Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. Bets on events after their start time are generally treated as non-runners unless the bet is explicitly designated as a live bet.
-
Stake and Odds: The stake shown on the betslip is the amount wagered. Settlement is based on decimal odds as displayed, regardless of the user’s chosen odds format.
-
Currency and Stakes: Stakes are placed in the account currency and may be subject to minimum and maximum limits, which vary by sport and jurisdiction. The minimum stake is 1 unit (or its equivalent in the account currency) per bet unless otherwise specified.
-
Bet Types:
-
Single: A bet on a single outcome of an Event or Market. Payout equals stake multiplied by the odds of that outcome.
-
Combo: A bet on multiple independent outcomes. All selections must be correct for the bet to win; any incorrect selection voids the entire Combo.
-
System: A structured set of Combos with a fixed stake per entry and a defined number of selections. The overall payout equals the stake multiplied by the total odds of the chosen System.
-
Bet Builder: A multi-market bet within a single Event, where every Market included must be predicted correctly. Availability is at the operator’s discretion and may be amended or withdrawn.
-
Cash Out: A separate offer to settle a bet early, on terms that may change over time. Users may accept or reject Cash Out; the operator may alter or withdraw offers at any time.
-
Early Payout: A feature allowing certain bets to be settled before the final result if predefined conditions are met. Availability and terms are at the sole discretion of Bdbajee and may vary by Event and Market.
-
Ambiguities in Bets: If a bet is placed with inconsistent or unclear market definitions, Bdbajee may require clarification or cancel the bet. In the absence of clarification, the bet may be voided.
Bet Settlement
-
Source of Result: Settlement is based on the official result published by the governing body or event organizer. If official data is unavailable, or there is conflicting information, Bdbajee may settle using in-house data or other reputable sources as a fallback.
-
Timing: Markets are generally settled shortly after the event concludes. Some markets may be settled earlier as a customer service courtesy, but all settlements are subject to official results.
-
Errors and Re-Settlement: If there is a system or human error, or if the official result is revised after initial settlement, Bdbajee reserves the right to reverse, modify, or void a settlement. A cancelled bet will result in a return of the stake or a balancing adjustment as appropriate.
-
Non-Participants and Injuries: Bets on a participant who is listed but does not complete the Event may still stand unless the market rules specify voiding. In cases where injuries materially affect prices, Bdbajee may void affected bets or apply a price adjustment consistent with market practice.
-
Selections Not Offered: If the winning selection is not offered at the time of settlement, bets on alternative selections in the same market will stand and be settled according to these Rules.
-
Scoreboards and Data: Scoreboards and centre data are for reference only and do not determine the outcome unless the official result confirms it.
-
Dead Heat Rules: When two or more outcomes share a tie for a position, winnings are allocated proportionally among the winners based on their place in the event. If a dead heat occurs in a multi-winner market, only contracts tied for the final winning position are affected.
-
Special Circumstances: Abandonments, cancellations, postponements beyond defined windows, or changes to opponents or venues generally void affected bets. If a match is shortened or altered, settlement is adjusted to reflect the modified market conditions.
-
Price Accuracy: Bdbajee reserves the right to void bets where obvious price errors occurred, or where data feeds produced erroneous odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market at the time of placement.
Re-Settlement and Errors
-
Re-Settlement: Bdbajee may re-settle a market following a correction in results or in response to regulatory action. Such re-settlement may affect user balances and historical bets.
-
Operational Errors: In the event of a technical fault, mismatched data, or other systemic issues, Bdbajee may reverse, suspend, or void affected bets or adjust settlements to reflect accurate outcomes.
-
Operator Mistakes: If Bdbajee identifies a mistake in accepting a bet or in pricing, the bet may be cancelled or re-priced. The mistaken bet shall be treated as void where appropriate.
Special Bets and Market Features
-
Cash Out: The Cash Out mechanism enables real-time adjustment of an outstanding bet. Offers may be provided or withdrawn at any time and are subject to change without notice. Acceptance of a Cash Out terminates the original bet under the revised terms.
-
Bet Builder: Bet Builder allows combining multiple Markets within a single Event. Availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time. If a component Market is voided, the remaining components may continue to stand, subject to these Rules.
-
Early Payout: Early Payout is available only for specified bets and events. When triggered, the bet is settled as a winner according to the Early Payout terms, with remaining outcomes settled under the standard settlement rules where applicable.
Disputes and Compliance
Any questions or disputes regarding bets, settlements, or account activity should be directed to Bdbajee’s support channels. All activity is governed by applicable law and regulatory requirements. Bdbajee reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any user who violates these Rules or applicable law.
