Partner Program

Overview and Definitions

The Bdbajee Partner Program (the “Program”) authorizes approved affiliates to promote Bdbajee gaming services to prospective players. Participation is governed by the Affiliate Agreement and these Terms. By enrolling, you consent to data collection, processing, and use as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. All commissions and promotions are subject to these Terms and the rules set forth herein.

• Affiliate: An individual or entity approved by Bdbajee to promote the Program.
• Net Revenue: The sum of gross gaming revenue generated by referred players attributed to the Affiliate, after bonuses, refunds, chargebacks, and any promotional credits not earned through wagering, as defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
• Tracking Link: A unique URL or pixel identifier assigned to the Affiliate that attributes referred players to the Affiliate.
• Attribution Window: The period during which a referred player’s activity is attributed to the Affiliate, subject to cookie-based attribution as described in these Terms.
• Level Up Reward: A performance-based incentive payable when a referred player progresses through defined platform levels, up to the cap stated per referral.
• Payout: Transfer of earned commissions to the Affiliate by Bdbajee in accordance with these Terms.

Enrollment and Eligibility

To enroll in the Program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contractual relationships;
• Reside in a jurisdiction where Bdbajee services are legally offered and not restricted;
• Complete the Affiliate Agreement and pass the required KYC verification; and
• Provide accurate contact information and maintain active status in the Affiliate Dashboard.

Approval decisions are issued within five (5) business days following submission. Approval does not guarantee ongoing participation; Bdbajee may suspend or terminate any Affiliate for non-compliance or violation of these Terms.

Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting

The Program provides a real-time Affiliate Dashboard that displays referred traffic, clicks, conversions, and Net Revenue. Attribution is governed by the Affiliate’s Tracking Link and a standard cookie window. The following applies:

• Cookie-based attribution with a 60-day window from the initial click, subject to the Affiliate’s tracking configuration.
• Reporting cadence includes real-time data with monthly statements summarizing referrals, Net Revenue, and commissions earned.
• Disputes regarding data must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant report date.

Commission Mechanics and Examples

The Affiliate earns a percentage of Net Revenue generated by referred players. The Commission Structure is as follows:

• Base Rate: 12% of Net Revenue.
• Tier Increases: For every $5,000 of Net Revenue generated by referred players in a calendar month, the Commission Rate increases by 2 percentage points, up to a maximum of 40%.
• Example: In a given calendar month, Net Revenue equals $7,500. The applicable rate is 14% (12% base + 2% for one tier). The resulting Commission would be $1,050.

Net Revenue and any adjustments are determined in accordance with the definitions in these Terms and the Affiliate Agreement. No retroactive adjustments apply to periods prior to enrollment without a written amendment.

Payouts, Fees, and Tax

Payouts are issued on the 15th day of each calendar month for Net Revenue earned in the preceding calendar month, subject to a minimum payout of USD 100. Eligible payout methods include bank transfer and supported e-wallets. Payouts are processed within 3–7 business days after the specified payout date, depending on the method selected and regulatory requirements.

Affiliates are responsible for meeting all tax reporting obligations applicable in their jurisdiction. Bdbajee will provide tax forms as required by law and may withhold amounts as required by applicable taxation rules where permissible.

Marketing Materials and Brand Compliance

Affiliates may access approved promotional materials, including banners, landing pages, and copy. Usage must comply with the Brand Guidelines and may require prior written approval for certain campaigns or channels. Affiliates must avoid misrepresentations, deceptive practices, or claims that imply guarantees of results. Any content that references Bdbajee brand features, odds, or outcomes must reflect current program details and disclosures contained in these Terms.

Promotions, Incentives, and Level System

In addition to base commissions, the Program offers:

• Level Up Rewards: For each referred player who advances through defined levels on the platform, the Affiliate may receive a Level Up Reward of up to USD 200 per referral per level, subject to cumulative caps and limits described in the Affiliate Agreement.
• Other Promotions: Time-limited campaigns, bonuses, and cashback offers may be available to referred players. Participation in such promotions by Affiliates must be authorized in advance and aligned with the applicable Promotion Terms.

Any promotional activity that uses paid media, tracking, or audiences must comply with applicable advertising regulations and the Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates must not engage in activities that could damage the Bdbajee brand or mislead players about regulatory or payout terms.

Compliance, Anti-Fraud, and Data Privacy

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Bdbajee reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner for suspicious or fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to, fake traffic, fraud attempts, or manipulation of attribution data. Affiliates must perform appropriate KYC checks and maintain records as required by law. All processing and storage of personal data shall comply with applicable data protection laws and Bdbajee’s Privacy Policy.

Term, Termination, and Suspension

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement. Bdbajee may suspend or terminate a Partner for breach, non-performance, legal non-compliance, or any action that could harm the Program or its users. Upon termination, outstanding commissions will be paid in accordance with the then-applicable payout schedule, subject to verification and any applicable holdbacks for fraud detection.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

This Program and all related rights and obligations are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bdbajee operates its principal business. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in that jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules selected by Bdbajee or the governing arbitration body. The parties consent to such exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

Response times for non-urgent inquiries are within three (3) business days; urgent matters will be escalated promptly.
