Bdbajee provides two formal mechanisms to help players manage gambling activity and reduce harm: Time-Out and Self-Exclusion. Both options apply to all products offered by Bdbajee and are designed to be enforceable across the account and related payment methods. A Time-Out is a temporary suspension of activity on the Bdbajee account. Once activated, you may not place deposits, make withdrawals, play any game or access any Bdbajee products for the duration of the Time-Out. The available Time-Out periods are shown in the Account Profile under the Time-Out section. Revoking a Time-Out is permitted only after the initial Time-Out period has elapsed, subject to the terms displayed in your account. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated and normal functionality resumes.
Self-Exclusion provides a longer cessation of activity. To initiate, please contact Bdbajee Support via the secure communication channel available to you (for example, the account's secure messaging or a designated email channel) and inform us of your decision to pause activity. Once a Self-Exclusion request is received, the account enters a first-stage 24-hour cooling-off period during which gambling activity is disabled. After this period, while the account remains closed, a Support Agent will inform you of the available, pre-defined Self-Exclusion periods. No variations to the pre-selected periods are permitted. To proceed, you must provide a definitive email response confirming the chosen period. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the request is considered withdrawn and the account may be reopened and confirmed by email.
During an active Self-Exclusion, deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the duration of the exclusion. At the end date, the account will be re-activated automatically unless another exclusion or time-out is applied.
Once Self-Exclusion or Time-Out is active, the listed restrictions apply to all Bdbajee products and services. Reactivation occurs automatically after the end date of the exclusion or Time-Out unless you initiate a new exclusion or time-out with a later start date. To revoke an exclusion before its scheduled end date, you may submit a written or electronic revocation notice. Bdbajee will consider such requests but reserves the absolute discretion to deny revocation in whole or in part.
At any time, you may set growth- or risk-management limits in the My Account area. Typical limits include deposits, losses, wagering, or spend caps. If you exceed the maximum self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted automatically. Any request to revoke a limit or an Exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice; Bdbajee will review such requests but may deny them at its absolute discretion.
Bdbajee shall take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional material is not sent to customers who have self-excluded or placed time-outs. The customer acknowledges that Bdbajee cannot be responsible for gambling activity conducted through alternative or newly registered accounts where registration details have been altered, or for promotions accidentally forwarded to the customer during an exclusion period.
