Scope, Definitions and Clarifications

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing bonus offers issued by Bdbajee. A bonus comprises promotional credit, free spins, or other rewards awarded in connection with a promotion. Wagering refers to the number of times bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses must be wagered prior to withdrawal. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, these terms apply to all bonuses offered by Bdbajee.

Eligibility, Identity and Jurisdiction

• You must be of legal gambling age and possess a valid account with Bdbajee to participate in any bonus offer.
• Participation is limited to players located in jurisdictions where bonuses are permitted by applicable law and regulatory policy. Bdbajee reserves the right to determine eligibility on a per-offer basis.

Welcome Offer (First Deposit Bonus)

Bdbajee offers a Welcome Offer designed to reward new customers on their initial deposit. The Welcome Offer consists of a 100% match bonus up to €750 plus 100 Free Spins on eligible casino games.

• Eligibility: The offer is available on your first deposit after registration. It cannot be claimed on subsequent deposits. Only deposits made in the Casino Bonus section count toward the offer; deposits in other sections do not contribute to the Welcome Offer.
• Free Spins: The 100 Free Spins are credited immediately after the qualifying deposit is processed. Free Spins may be used only on designated bonus games. Free Spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as described below.
• Wagering on the Welcome Offer: The combined value of the bonus funds and any winnings derived from Free Spins is subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times (40x). Wagering applies until the requirement is met or the offer expires.
• Bet Limits During Wagering: The maximum wager permissible while wagering bonus funds is €5 per bet (or equivalent in other currencies).
• Winnings Caps: Winnings from Free Spins are capped at 10 times the initial deposit amount. Any amount exceeding this cap is not withdrawable under the bonus terms.
• Activation and Timeframes: Free Spins are credited promptly upon deposit processing. If not credited within a reasonable timeframe, players should contact customer support before placing bets with the qualifying deposit. All other terms remain subject to the general bonus terms.
• Deposit and Withdrawal: You must satisfy the wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Withdrawals prior to meeting wagering obligations will be rejected.
• Gaming Restrictions: The Welcome Offer applies to eligible casino games as defined in the offer terms. Wagering contributions and eligibility will be determined per game type as described in the general wagering policy.
• Geographic Restrictions: This offer is not available to residents of jurisdictions where bonuses are prohibited or restricted. The list of restricted regions is published in the offer terms and may be updated from time to time.
• Right to Amend or Terminate: Bdbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Welcome Offer at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law.

General Bonus Mechanics and Contributions

• One Bonus at a Time: Only a single bonus can be active on an account at any given moment unless an offer expressly permits multiple bonuses.
• Game Contributions: Bonus wagering contributions vary by game. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while certain non-slot games contribute at reduced rates or are restricted. The operator may suspend or restrict use of bonus funds in specific game types or titles.
• Jackpot and High-Variability Games: While a bonus is active, players may not participate in jackpot-focused games or select high-variance titles where a bonus is not accepted. The current restricted list is defined in the offer terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Promotions may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount to activate the bonus. This amount is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Expiry of Bonus Funds: If wagering requirements are not completed within the period specified for the offer, the bonus funds and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Withdrawal of Deposit: You may not withdraw any portion of your deposit while bonus wagering requirements remain unmet.
• Bonuses and Personal Data: The operator may require verification of personal data and payment methods as part of the bonus granting and withdrawal process.

Promotions, Expiry, and Modifications

Promotions are not guaranteed to be available for the entire duration of any calendar period. Bdbajee may modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice, except where prohibited by law. Abuse, Fraud, and VIP Programme

• Abuse Thresholds: If a player's bonus-to-deposit ratio exceeds 50% after eight deposits, the player may be excluded from the VIP programme and may be disqualified from receiving further bonuses until the ratio falls below 50% again. Notification will be sent by email in the event of temporary VIP exclusion.
• Right to Exclude: Bdbajee reserves the right to exclude any player from the VIP programme or any bonus offers where abusive, exploitative, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Responsible Gaming: If responsible gambling limits (cooling-off or self-exclusion) are applied to an account, no bonuses will be issued while those limits are active.

Wagering Rules and Restrictions

• Bonus Wagering: All wagering related to bonuses must be completed before withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings are permitted. The operator decides the allocation of wagering contributions by game type.
• Ownership of Wagering: Wagering on real-money bets is considered separate from bonus wagering until the bonus is activated; once wagering begins, bonus funds may be used in the normal course of play according to the bonus terms.

Verification, Disputes and Governing Law

General Provisions

• Language: These terms are provided in English and may be translated for reference. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• Acknowledgement: By accepting a bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and any offer-specific terms published for the promotion.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Seamless Compliance: Any activity that contravenes applicable law or these terms may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings and may include account restrictions or closure at Bdbajee’s discretion.
