Time-Out allows a temporary pause from gambling for a fixed duration: 1 week or 1 month. It takes effect immediately on confirmation. During Time-Out you will not be able to deposit, view products, or place bets. Time-Out cannot be reversed before expiry. Marketing communications will be suppressed for 2 business days after Time-Out confirmation. Attempts to register new accounts during Time-Out will be blocked and any remaining funds may be forfeited in accordance with our policy. To set Time-Out: log in to your Bdbajee account and navigate to Profile > Player Protection Tools > Time-Out; select the duration and confirm. Time-Out applies to your Bdbajee account only and does not extend to accounts held with other operators.
The Cooling-Off Period provides a longer pause of 6 months. It takes effect immediately on confirmation. During Cooling-Off you will not be able to deposit, view products, or place bets. You may withdraw remaining balance if you meet minimum withdrawal requirements and any applicable terms. Processing fees may apply as described in our withdrawal policy. Marketing communications will be suppressed for 2 business days after confirmation. New accounts opened during Cooling-Off will be blocked, and funds may be forfeited. Self-Exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from gambling for a defined period and, subject to approval, to reactivate your account. Self-Exclusion requests submitted via email to our Customer Care Team must include your Bdbajee Member Code, First Name, Last Name, and the reason (e.g., financial instability; loss of control; mental health concerns; relationship impact; work or educational impact). Please withdraw any applicable balance prior to submission. Self-Exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once applied, you will not be able to login or withdraw funds. Any remaining balance may be forfeited to charity in line with policy. Self-Exclusion will be honored on the Bdbajee platform and will not automatically apply to other operators. Marketing communications will be blocked within 2 business days of confirmation. You must not create new accounts during Self-Exclusion, and we will implement safeguards to prevent this.
